Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bbaj" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the bbaj online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bbaj.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bbaj platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered player account created by you on bbaj, identified by your chosen username and associated with your verified personal information.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in your bbaj account at any given time.

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by bbaj before processing withdrawals or responding to certain account requests.
• "BDT" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the sole account currency on the bbaj platform.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the bbaj platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using bbaj in any capacity.
• You must be accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal, recreational purposes only. Use on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the bbaj responsible gaming tools or applied by bbaj following a support request.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are uncertain whether gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before using the platform.

bbaj reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility requirements above are not or are no longer met. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be voided and forfeited.

Account Registration

To access real-money features on bbaj, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following rules apply to all registered Accounts:

bbaj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in order to verify the identity, age, and payment details of players. KYC verification may be requested at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or as part of a routine compliance review.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).

Deposits

All deposits to a bbaj Account must be made using an approved payment method in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Approved deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change at bbaj's discretion.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per 24-hour period; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger a compliance review.
• bbaj does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bbaj accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your bbaj balance in real time in most cases. In the event of a technical delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your bbaj Account is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bbaj does not process withdrawals to payment accounts that differ from the depositing account unless a formal payment method change request has been verified through the KYC process.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending compliance review.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
• bbaj reserves the right to limit, delay, or decline a withdrawal request pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity on the Account.
• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 require completed KYC verification before processing will commence.

Bonuses & Promotions

bbaj offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are governed by these general terms and by the specific terms stated in each individual offer. Where a conflict exists between specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms prevail.

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to your Account as Bonus Funds and are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless otherwise stated, the default Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. This figure is always stated explicitly in the relevant promotion.
• Wagering is tracked on Real Money Funds first, then on Bonus Funds. Where multiple bonuses are active simultaneously, wagering requirements are fulfilled in the order in which the bonuses were credited.
• bbaj reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games — may have their bonuses cancelled and any associated winnings voided.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bbaj platform are supplied by independent, certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following rules govern gameplay on the platform:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind.

• Loss or corruption of data arising from your use of the platform.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that is subject to real-time data feeds, including live sports odds.

Nothing in these Terms limits bbaj's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

bbaj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your continued use of the bbaj platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support before the effective date.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document always refer to the currently operative version of these Terms & Conditions. Previous versions are available on request.

Governing Law

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
